Couch to 5k: Completed!
I actually completed this about a week ago (maybe 2 at this point). Hurray! Course, now that I completed it, it’s hard to keep motivated. Guess it’s time to find another workout project.

Finished off week 7 earlier this week. So far, so good. I killed my little Rio MP3 player, though. Happily Cory just picked up an iPod Nano, so I got his Shuffle for a song.

Well, last week was perhaps a little too aggressive; I ended up only running once due to aches and pains. This week, however, I am victorious and have completed week 1, again. Uh, yeah. Victorious.

Couch to 5k: Resumed
Finally. I did day 1 of week 1 today, and it hurt way more than I was expecting, but my hamstring appears to be holding together fine, and the stretching was much better since I was all warmed up. Onwards and upwards!

Couch to 5k: still on hold
Crapola. The hamstring is actually healing pretty well, but I did a lot of damage, so no running for two more weeks. Stretching, but no running. 11 July, here I come.

Due to the hamstring injury, I have to put this on hold until I’m healed. Hopefully I can pick up again sometime around the 26th. Suck.

Rough week; I ended up having to compress the workouts into the last 4 days of the week instead of spacing them, which hurt a little bit. Still on track, though, and no injuries, so all good.

Project Couch to 5k
I’ve let myself get way way way out of shape, and in grand GTD tradition, the obvious solution to this is to start a project to fix it. So I poked around a little bit, and found the Couch-to-5k Running Plan. Makes me sad that I’m so out of shape this is necessary (run 60 seconds, walk for 90), but I’ve gotta start somewhere.
I just finished week 1. Huzzah!
